Bin Rocket Dumpsters runs out of a yard at 1800 Bailey Ave in Jackson. The reason we exist is simple: it was too hard for homeowners and contractors here to find honest, affordable dumpster rental. So we keep it plain. One number that covers the job. A delivery window we hit. A local person on the phone rather than a call center.
The metro is a region of very different jobs. The older streets in Fondren and Belhaven get kitchens, roofs and full gut jobs; the subdivisions in Madison, Ridgeland, Gluckstadt and Brandon get remodels and HOA covenants; property managers turn over rentals in Pearl and Jackson; and every big storm decides whose yard gets cleared. Knowing which of those a call is before the truck leaves the yard is most of the job — along with knowing that Jackson's city trucks will not take construction debris, and that almost nobody in the metro picks up a tree crew's limbs.
Whatever you are clearing — a garage or a whole house, a job site, a yard full of storm limbs or a rental you want emptied by a crew — the container exists for it. Call (601) 821-2292 and describe it in a sentence.

How it works
Most bookings take a few minutes.
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the container needs to sit, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No long forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one number covering delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, brick or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size.
The driver checks the spot and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or job site, with boards under the rails if you want them. Same-day in Jackson if you called before noon, depending on availability.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out — tires, car batteries, oil, paint, chemicals, fridges with the refrigerant still in them, and anything hot. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call or text and we are on it.
The load goes out tarped to a permitted rubbish site or landfill, with metal, concrete and clean green waste recycled where the facility takes them. You get your driveway back the way you left it.
Local knowledge
There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which Fondren drives the big truck fits down, which cities license the haulers working inside their limits, which one sends its garbage to its own landfill, and that the City of Jackson's rubbish site in Byram takes construction debris at $5 a cubic yard but no household garbage.
Our service area page lists every city and town we cover, grouped by county, and each has its own page covering access, housing and what that city's own code says about containers in the street and who may haul.

Why us
The phone rings in Jackson. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a Belhaven driveway and a gravel drive out past Raymond, and how long the I-55 run to Canton takes.
Delivery, the 7-day rental, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance in a single number. No fuel surcharge, no environmental fee. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call before noon and most Jackson, Flowood, Ridgeland, Pearl, Richland, Clinton and Madison orders can go out the same afternoon, depending on availability. Canton, Crystal Springs and Pelahatchie are more often next morning — said honestly, in advance.
Boards under the rails when you ask, and the driver tells you before delivery if a tight drive, low power lines or soft ground needs a different approach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard loaded level is the honest answer for your broken-up patio, that is what we will quote you.
Wind and hail storms drop limbs and fences across whole neighborhoods. We queue honestly after a storm and tell you where you are in the line.

Plain, checkable facts about who you would be working with — no invented star ratings or reviews.
Insured, with drivers who know the metro's streets. Ask when you book if your property manager, general contractor or HOA needs paperwork.
The yard is at 1800 Bailey Ave, Jackson 39203. The number on this page reaches it, not an answering service in another state.
Twenty-one cities, towns and communities across Hinds, Madison and Rankin counties, plus Crystal Springs. We tell you honestly which runs are same-day and which are next-day before you book.
Mississippi keeps lead-acid batteries out of household waste and tires out of unauthorized sites, federal law wants refrigerant recovered from fridges and A/C units, and rubbish sites take only clean debris. We keep those out of the box, recycle what the facilities take, and say so.

Sizing
Quick answer: a 20 yard fits most Jackson remodels and cleanouts. How to pick between 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yards by volume, weight and driveway space — and why the city truck will not take the job.
Read the guidePermits
No Jackson permit written for a driveway roll-off; written authorization for the street. Across the 21 places we serve the rules run from hauler permits and bonds to a flow-control law in Canton. Every city, from its own code.
Read the guideCost
Jackson-area dumpster rentals typically run $350–$750. What is inside that number — the disposal gate, the weight allowance, the days, the drive — the public rates that are published, and the fees that are not.

We run roll-off containers out of the Bailey Avenue yard to every city and town below. Jackson and the close-in cities are usually same-day; the edges of the metro are often next-day. Jackson, Clinton and Brandon license the haulers that work inside their limits, and Canton sends its garbage to its own landfill — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
Answers
Most rentals typically run $350 to $750, depending on the size, the material, the address, how long you keep it and the weight. You get one flat rate on the phone that includes delivery, pickup, a 7-day rental and the included tonnage — 1 to 2 tons on a 10 yard, up to 5 to 6 on a 40. Going over the weight is charged at the disposal rate, and extra days are a daily or weekly rate. Call (601) 821-2292 for a firm number for your address.
In Jackson and the close-in cities, a call before noon is usually an afternoon delivery, depending on availability. Canton, Edwards, Crystal Springs, Pelahatchie and Utica are 25 to 33 road miles out and more often next morning. We tell you which when you call.
We found no City of Jackson permit for a roll-off on your own driveway or private property. The street is different: the City Code makes it unlawful to place containers or any obstruction in a street, alley or sidewalk (Sec. 110-61), and building work can use part of a street only with written authorization from the City's engineering section or the building inspector (Sec. 110-21). Other cities differ — Ridgeland bans containers in streets, Madison keeps temporary storage units on the driveway. Check your HOA too. We flag it when you book.
Tires and lead-acid car batteries, used oil and other liquids, paint, solvents, fuel, propane tanks, chemicals, medical waste and asbestos. Fridges, freezers and A/C units only with the refrigerant professionally recovered. And nothing hot — no ashes or coals. In Jackson, household hazardous waste goes to the Environmental Service Center at 1570 University Blvd instead.
A loaded roll-off is heavy. Ask for boards under the rails and the driver puts them down. He will tell you before delivery if a surface needs something more — fresh concrete, a cracked slab or soft ground.
Volume and weight are two separate limits, and the material decides which runs out first. A kitchen is a 15, a whole-house cleanout a 20, a renovation to the studs a 30, and broken-up concrete or dirt a 10 loaded level. The size guide covers it; the phone call confirms it.
Yes — twenty-one cities, towns and communities across Hinds, Madison and Rankin counties, plus Crystal Springs in Copiah County. Jackson, Clinton and Brandon license haulers (ask us to confirm ours), and Canton sends its waste to its own landfill; each town page quotes what that city's code says, and we tell you straight on the phone.
The days right after a big storm are the busiest. For a planned remodel or cleanout, a few days' notice gets you the size you want on the day you want it.
