Nature of our service

Bin Rocket Dumpsters is a dumpster rental and referral service for homeowners, contractors, businesses and property managers in Jackson and the surrounding Mississippi communities. Depending on the project, the schedule and the location, we may provide the rental directly or connect you with an independent local dumpster rental provider ("Service Provider"). We do not operate disposal facilities. When you request a quote or call (601) 821-2292, your details may be shared with one or more qualified Service Providers who can fill the request. Each Service Provider operates independently and is solely responsible for its own pricing, services and performance.

Acceptance of terms

By using the website or our phone service, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

No guarantee of service

We work to connect you with reputable, professional dumpster rental providers, but we do not guarantee the availability, pricing or completion of any service. Work performed by a referred Service Provider is between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for scheduling, delivery, damages or disputes that arise after a referral.

Information collection and sharing

When you submit a form, call our number or request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and project details and location. This information is shared only with relevant local providers for the purpose of fulfilling your request. The Privacy Policy explains more.

Payments and pricing

Pricing depends on the dumpster size, rental length, debris type, location and disposal fees. Where a referred Service Provider fulfils the rental, payment is handled directly between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for quotes or estimates provided by Service Providers, billing errors or refunds, or service delays, cancellations or disputes. Any financial arrangement with a Service Provider is strictly between you and that provider.

Use of the container

Load the container no higher than the top rail — an overfilled container cannot legally or safely be transported — and keep the delivery area and the path to it clear. Do not place tires, lead-acid batteries, used oil or other liquids, paint, solvents, fuel, propane tanks or gas cylinders, hazardous chemicals, medical waste, asbestos-containing material, or refrigerant appliances that have not been properly evacuated in the container. Mississippi law prohibits placing a lead-acid battery in mixed municipal solid waste (Miss. Code Sec. 17-17-429), and waste tires may not be disposed of at an unauthorized location. Heavy material such as concrete, dirt, brick and asphalt is subject to weight limits for safe transport.

Permits and placement

Placement on private property such as a driveway usually needs no permit. A container on a public street, sidewalk, alley or right-of-way may need the city's written authorization, and we can help explain the local requirements when you book. Service Providers are responsible for obtaining the licences, insurance and permits their own work requires.

Service provider responsibility

All Service Providers are independent contractors. They are responsible for obtaining proper licences, insurance and permits; complying with local, state and federal laws; the safe and lawful disposal of waste; and preventing damage during delivery or pickup. Bin Rocket Dumpsters does not supervise, manage or control Service Providers and is not liable for their conduct or performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bin Rocket Dumpsters and its owners, partners and affiliates are not liable for any injury, property damage or loss arising from services provided by third parties; for delays, cancellations or failure to perform by any referred provider; or for errors or omissions in content or information on this website. All use of our service is at your own risk.

No warranties

We make no warranties, express or implied, about the quality or reliability of referred providers, the accuracy of information on this website, or the fitness of any service for a particular purpose. The website and our services are provided "as is".

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bin Rocket Dumpsters, its affiliates and employees from any claims, losses or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of the site or referral service, your relationship or transactions with referred Service Providers, or a violation of these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, and any dispute is resolved exclusively in the courts of Hinds County, Mississippi. We may update these terms periodically; the updated version is posted here with the revised effective date, and continued use of the website or phone service means you accept the changes.
